With the Family Flex Pass, you and your family can enjoy six Adult tickets and six youth tickets for whichever shows (up to three) in our current concert season best fit your schedule and interests.

How does Family Flex Pass Work?

  1. Choose a Flex Pass for either “Front Tier” or “Back Tier.” Pricing is listed below.
  2. Your pass includes credit for six Adult seats and six Youth seats. You may choose to use this credit across up to three shows in the current concert season, all at once, or however best suits you.
    1. Two adults and two youth attend three concerts.
    2. Five adults and four youth attend one concert, and one adult and two youth attend another concert.
    3. Six adults and six youth attend one concert.
  3. Contact the PACE Ticket Office in person or by phone at 918-595-7777 three or more weeks before the shows of your choice to reserve your seats. Your Flex Pass credits are designed to be flexible and therefore can be redeemed as you wish for concert tickets.
  4. Reserving your seats with the Ticket Office is just like buying tickets for a show. The Ticket Office will either send you your tickets or hold them for you at Will Call on the night of the show.
  5. Family Flex Pass credits must be redeemed during the concert season they are purchased for. Family Flex Pass credits do not roll over to any shows or events outside of the current season.

Pricing & Seating

Family Flex Passes cost $345 or $445, depending on where you would like to sit. Once you buy a flex pass, your (six adult and six youth) tickets are paid for. Flex Passes must be purchased up front and you may not apply the 15% discount to individual ticket purchases.

Front Tier Family Flex Pass — $445

Can be used for tickets in these seats:

  • Front Orchestra Tier Wheelchair Accessible
  • AA-JJ
  • Balcony B-E

Back Tier Family Flex Pass — $345

Can be used for tickets in these seats:

  • Back Orchestra Tier
  • KK-NN Wheelchair Accessible seats available
  • Balcony F-J

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I have more than two kids?

You may distribute your six youth tickets however you’d like. It doesn’t have to be for the same two kids every time. If you’d like additional youth tickets, you may purchase additional tickets at the regular rate when you redeem your Flex Pass seat credits.

Can I purchase a Flex Pass for my single-parent family?

At this time, all of our Flex Passes include 6 Adult tickets and 6 Youth tickets. We encourage you to bring a friend to enjoy our shows with!

What happens if I do not reserve my seats 3+ weeks in advance?

If you do not reserve your seats 3+ weeks in advance, there may not be enough seating availability for your group to sit together in your desired spots. If you purchase a Front Tier bundle and do not make your reservations 3 weeks ahead, the ticket office may offer you seats together in the Back Tier/Balcony section, if the Front Tier section cannot accommodate your group and there are Back Tier seats available that will.

What if my schedule changes after I have reserved my seats?

Family Flex Pass is flexible in that it allows for discounted tickets for the season to be used in a flexible way. Unfortunately, once specific seats are selected and reserved, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges. We encourage you to gift your tickets to friends or family.
