Ticket Office Information

The VanTrease PACE ticket office is located in the lobby of the PACE theater on TCC's Southeast Campus:

Ticket Office hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm, and 1 hour before a performance begins. The main ticket office is located in the Main Lobby of the VanTrease PACE building. See Driving Directions.

Tickets can be purchased at our Ticket Office windows for no additional fees. However, tickets may also be purchased over the phone during our normal business hours for a $2.00 per ticket convenience fee. You may also purchase tickets on-line at www.myticketoffice.com for a $4.00 per ticket convenience fee.

Tickets go on sale 1 month prior to each show-unless otherwise noted. Ticket exchanges for events with more than one performance may be exchanged, at the Ticket Office ONLY, for a $2.00 per ticket exchange fee. Exchanges will not be done over the phone, and we cannot do exchanges at the time of show, or after the performance you wanted to exchange for has ended.

Wheelchair Seating
If you need wheelchair seating, a ticket is required for this area. Please call ahead or come by our Ticket Office in advance for further information, and we'll be happy to accomodate you.

General Admission
General Admission shows are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Seating will not be reserved for General Admission shows, so you may want to arrive a little early.

Concessions
Concessions may be available and enjoyed in our lobby areas prior to each show and at Intermission (if applicable). Please note: Food and drink are strictly prohibited in all of our theatres.

Cameras & Recording
For most shows, photography and video recording of any kind are also prohibited. For specific event information and restrictions, please contact the Ticket Office.

And, as always, we ask that you please silence all cellular devices prior to the start of any event.

In Person: Visit the PACE Ticket Office Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on TCC Southeast Campus, 81st Street & Hwy 169.
