Haydn Violin Concerto in C major Schubert Mass No. 2 in G major Mozart Symphony No. 38 in D major.
Welcome Alejandro Gómez Guillén, Music Director of the Bloomington Symphony, as he performs both as soloist and conductor in an intimate program of Classical works with a Viennese connection. Known as the Prague Symphony because it was first performed in that city, Mozart’s Symphony No. 38 in D major is both intensely dramatic and celebratory. Also featured will be Joseph Haydn’s Violin Concerto in C major, and the Signature Chorale will join the orchestra for Mass No. 2 in G major by Franz Schubert.
